My wife deals in Antique furniture and I use your products to enhance their appearance if they are dull or discoloured and carry out repairs to minor scratches and imperfections with your superb waxes.

I also find Simon’s videos on furniture restoration extremely useful as they are a constant source of instruction and inspiration on how to revive furniture.

I've just finished restoring our much loved kitchen table which has been through 35years of family life with us. I forgot to take a 'before' photo but it was in a pretty pitiful state after many years of service and abuse. I watched Simon's YouTube video on how to restore a pine table and followed it to the letter using Gilboy's hard wax oil and polishing kit. It went really well and was a very pleasurable and rewarding project. I cannot recommend Gilboy's products enough. They just ooze quality and work like a dream. Both the hard wax oil and the polishing waxes go on really easily , smell wonderful and do a brilliant job. I used the soft wire wool and polishing cloths that came with the kit and they were just the ticket. I also used the little scratch repair cube which was very useful and effective and easy to use. Even though I gave it several layers of polish there is still plenty left in the jar to use on other furniture which makes it really good value for such a quality product. Honestly I run out of superlatives but I'd come back to Gilboy's every time now without hesitation.

Just finished waxing the dark oak next week I am on the light . This is the best product I have used for this job . It’s not only a wax it’s a full care package for the wood you love .

A nice fuss free wax without the harsh solvents.

We love antique furniture and have recently bought a hall cupboard from the 18th century. It was very dirty and unloved.
I had used commercially available waxes and polishes before and wanted to get something special for this piece. Now I realise I have been wasting my time all of my life using the big-brand off the shelf products because the finish that the Gilboys Antique polish gave to the cupboard was a shock.
We were literally speechless. The finish was so good we were laughing because we didn't think we could get a piece of furniture to look so good in our home.
We are frequent visitors to National Trust properties and you see the furniture inside the homes and think "if only I could have something like that" and this is the kind of result you get with this product, it gives you a look and a finish to your furniture you could only dream about having.
It is wonderful to learn about the Gilboys company too, the ingredients within the products are better than most alternative furniture polish brands, the level of detail and the additional "touches" make the brand something I am proud to have found and support.

I was impressed with the results. Table looks and feels smooth and silky to the touch. It has really come back to life! Great directions from the web video helped make the experience of renovating the table a lot of fun since it explained the steps so well. The only part I errored in was that I didn’t get the coarse wool, only the fine wool and therefore only striped the varnish with a paint spatula. But even then, the end results were amazing.

I love these beeswax polishes so much, I actually want to buy more furniture to use them.

Items arrived quickly and work brilliantly, as described. Take no buffing at all. Furniture certainly looks better for a bit of TLC.

I bought a solid oak bookcase, probably early 20thC, at auction. It needed sorting out. I followed your videos on cleaning, it was filthy, then polished with the pure. The whole kit was amazing and the fine wire wool a revelation! I took the processs slowly as there were 4 shelves 4.5ft long as well as the body and the polishing took a while but it was worth it as it now looks brilliant. What I really liked was the amazing smell of the polish! Thank you so much. My next task is using the antique on some inherited mid century Guy Rogers chairs that need a boost. Your videos and polish kits are brilliant thank you.
