I’m very happy with the hard wax oil. It was very easy to apply and dried to a nice finish (2 coats)

Easy to use and worked perfectly to restore the leather of my vintage chesterfield, whilst retaining the aged look of the leather.

I have four walnut pelmets from around 1900 that I bought from an old house in Gibraltar.Two have been liberally covered in shellac which I will get to removing soon and give a nice wax,the other two had extensive historic and current woodworm that have been treated and have just had the holes filled with a mixture of antique gold and rose gold wax and then a light wax and buff with pure gold.They look amazing!.

I sought advice from Gilboy’s on a suitable wax for restoring four antique doors. They had been displayed in a covered location outdoors for some years and were quite weathered. Simon was very quick to respond and gave excellent tips on applying the product. I am absolutely delighted with the results and the wax proved equally effective on the substantial decorative metalwork on the doors. I highly recommend the product and the customer service has been exemplary.

Love this stuff - has really brought my leather jacket back to life. Only docking a star because of the smell, but it's more overpowering than offensive. Would recommend.

After watching teak coffee table U tube video twice I felt confident enough to tackle a 1960 s folding dining table that had belonged to my in-laws
My daughter had it but lent it to friends and it was in a sorry state. My son has just moved into a new flat and said he would like it and was happy for me to attempt to revive it
I've had a great few days going through the stages of restoration and realising quite early on that I was going to be successful
This morning I applied a coat of wax polish and after leaving it for half an hour buffed it up and felt quite emotional to see the dear old table restored. Not perfect but probably all the better for that.

Been using the Beeswax polish fo r a few years, its a great product and the packaging is also great, excellent company, excellent product, wouldn't use anything else.

Had some 1930s doors dipped and they took a beating from the process. This hard wax oil saved my doors and made them beautiful once again. Applied three coats and then a final wire wool wax application and now they look beautiful again. Happy to recommend this product and will use again.
