Brilliant polish

Been using Gilboys waxes for some time now. Absolutely wonderful stuff. Can't recommend it enough!

A great kit, beautifully & thoughtfully packaged, arrived promptly. It has worked brilliantly reviving a tired, teak veneered, 1960s table, beautifully. There are still some signs of wear but that just adds to the character. Thank you for the kit & the brilliant on-line video.

I love Gilboys Rose Gold furniture wax. It is brilliant on my mid century furniture. I’ve bought this specific shade two times already but will need to get even more soon. I love it and my furniture loves it even more!

The items arrived promptly and packaged well. There was a lovely note inside from Simon thanking me for my purchase. I haven’t got to use them yet as I’m still stripping and sanding! But I am sure they will be great.

It was such a lovely experience receiving my polishing kit. Beautifully and thoughtfully packaged using recyclable card with lovely messages handwritten as I opened each part up. The instructions were so clear and everything you need to carry out a restoration or maintenance polishing is there. It was easy to use, smells lovely and my old walnut table has come to life using the rose gold polish. I decided that the mahogany one would be too dark and I made the right choice. What a great product and wonderful eco company. There was even a gifted packet of seeds. These kits would make wonderful gifts too.

As an amateur woodturner, I find that your Hard Wax oil gives exactly the finish I am looking for - nice satin finish, good protection against finger marks, and still see or feel the full texture of the wood. Used very sparingly, it should also last a long while. If there is any downside, it is the drying time between consecutive coats on small projects but that is probably down to my own impatience.
