Christmas Shipping
We will be shipping orders for Christmas delivery - UK Mainland - up to 3pm on Monday 23rd of December - if customers select 'Next Business Day Delivery'
Our standard 'Free Shipping or Accessories Shipping' - ROYAL MAIL 48hr Tracked Service - Cut off for Christmas at 3pm on Friday the 20th of December
International orders for Christmas will cut off at 3pm on Friday the 13th of December
We will still be packing any orders up to 3pm on the 23rd December. Orders will be shipped between Christmas and the New Year but we have no delivery promise in this period. (We will not be officially open for drop in purchases but any orders will be processed).
We will return to normal trading on Thursday 2nd of January.

We offer international shipping with Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) on all International Orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect shipment. Photo documentation will be required for damage/defect claims.

We may occasionally cancel orders due to suspicion of fraud. If this occurs, we will contact you immediately with an explanation.
