Seems to be a very good product for restoring my antique furniture finish. The aroma post-polishing is pleasant also

I used this polish on two items of furniture , both are made of Oak but one is lighter in colour, the results on both items have been outstanding.

This polish is worth every penny. I can’t wait to use it on other pieces around our house.

Still preparing the furniture for finishing but small test areas are looking promising. The hard wax oil and polish smell great and go on with little effort. Hopefully the final results will be as good as the tests.

A great product easy to apply and with beautiful results. A handy 'how to' video too.

Used hard wax oil on old farmhouse table. Did not turn orange as other products do. Easy to apply and website is full of excellent advice

We’re currently restoring furniture for a refit of a Victorian pub in London and came to Gilboys for advice on how to best do this. It was made harder as several chairs had been previously sanded across the grain and the marks were quite visible. After using the wax we’re were very happy with the results.

This stuff is so easy to use, it is brilliant and has brought back to life a very battered set of G Plan tables that I bought in a charity shop. It gives a lovely smooth surface with a brilliant shine.

The hard wax oil has turned my dull, worn pine table into a new looking table. Simons YouTube film is so informative. I can not recommend the product highly enough. The product was so nicely packaged and we are looking forward to growing our sun flowers

Bought a charity shop teak sideboard and needed to restore it.
We watched the YouTube video ( teak table) and then ordered this.
The kit arrived quickly and after sanding the only stuff we needed was in the box. Lovely finish and very rewarding process

So far I have only applied the hard wax oil to a test piece as I am trying to colour softwood to match light oak but the finish I have achieved with this product on the test piece is really good. Easy to apply and a nice natural finish. Very satisfied with the hard wax oil.
